Bill Due Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and consequences for customers with unpaid bills:

Payment Due Date

Customers are required to pay their bills by the specified due date each month.

Charges for Unpaid Bills

If a bill remains unpaid for 30 days, a reinstatement charge of $25 + tax will apply to reactivate the account. This charge will be incurred for every subsequent 30-day period that the bill remains unpaid.

Late Payment Charge: A late payment charge of 2.5% per month (equivalent to 30% per annum) will be applied to any outstanding balance if full payment is not received by the due date specified on your next billing statement.

Insufficient Funds Fee: In accordance with applicable laws, NetEx Technologies reserves the right to impose a fee of $30 on your account for any payment that is declined by your financial institution due to insufficient funds. This fee is intended to cover the costs incurred by NetEx Technologies as a result of the declined payment.

Service Suspension

  • Account Suspension: Accounts with an outstanding balance that remains unpaid for 30 days will be subject to suspension. During the suspension period, access to all services will be restricted until the outstanding balance is fully settled.
  • Permanent Account Closure: If an account remains unpaid for 90 days and there is no communication from the customer, the account will be permanently closed without further notice.
  • Number Reissuance Disclaimer: Customers should be aware that once an account is suspended/closed, there is no guarantee that the phone number associated with the account can be reissued upon resolution of the outstanding balance.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely payment of their bills. Customers are encouraged to monitor their account status and reach out to customer service for assistance if they anticipate difficulties in making payments.
