Impact on Services and Payments
This policy applies regardless of whether the customer has made any form of upfront or deposit payment. In the event of a violation, NetEx Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice, even if the work is partially completed or still in progress. Any applicable refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service in accordance with our standard refund policy.
