At NetEx Technologies, we are committed to providing high-quality graphic design, video, and reel content services with clarity and consistency. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all design-related work. By engaging with our services, clients fully agree to the terms below.
Service Hours and Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround for most design requests is 24 business hours, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
- Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST).
- Requests received before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day, depending on internal resource availability. Requests after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
- Same-day completion is not guaranteed under any circumstance.
- If a delay occurs due to incomplete information or pending approvals from the client, the delivery timeline will be automatically extended without notice.
Design Approval & Delivery Finalization
- Once a design is delivered, the client must approve or reject it within 24 hours.
- If no response is received within that time, the design will be marked as final and accepted, regardless of usage status.
- Projects or deliverables that are not fully completed due to client delays, lack of approvals, or lack of instructions will not be credited, refunded, or carried forward to any subsequent period, including the following month.
Scope of Work & Additional Requests
- Services are limited to the items outlined in the agreed design package or contract.
- Any work beyond the defined scope, including changes, variations, or new design requests, will incur additional charges, as determined by NetEx Technologies.
- We reserve the right to withhold additional work until such charges are approved and settled.
Non-Delivery of Agreed Items
- If for any reason—including but not limited to client non-responsiveness or changes in priorities—some or all deliverables are not completed by the end of the month, the remaining items will be considered void.
- No credit, refund, compensation, or carry-forward will apply under any circumstances.
Content Responsibility and Copyright Liability
- All content, materials, images, text, or assets provided by the client are assumed to be owned or licensed by the client.
- NetEx Technologies assumes no liability for copyright violations, trademark issues, or any legal disputes arising from the use of supplied content.
- All designs created by NetEx Technologies are based entirely on the client’s provided materials and direction. Clients bear full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and rights of all content submitted for design purposes.
Ownership & Usage Rights
All designs remain the intellectual property of NetEx Technologies until the project is completed and paid in full.
Unauthorized use, editing, distribution, or publication of any draft, concept, or unpaid design is strictly prohibited.
NetEx Technologies reserves the right to reuse, modify, or resell unapproved or unpaid work.
NetEx Technologies does not store or provide editable source files (such as PSD, AI, or similar formats) once a project has been finalized. Following completion and approval, all source files are permanently deleted from our system as part of our standard data management and confidentiality procedures. Clients receive only the finalized output files (e.g., JPG, PNG, MP4, PDF) as per their package or agreement.
Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing clear, complete, and timely information with every request.
- Changes in direction, missed deadlines, or revisions caused by vague or incorrect submissions may result in delays and additional fees.
- Design outcomes are based solely on the information and guidance provided by the client. NetEx Technologies is not liable for errors, omissions, or dissatisfaction arising from incomplete or unclear instructions.
Final Agreement
- By submitting a request, the client fully accepts and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
- These terms are enforceable for all communications and transactions, regardless of platform or medium.
- NetEx Technologies reserves the right to refuse, delay, modify, or cancel any design work at its sole discretion without liability.
